Through the years, our engineers have developed many innovative techniques with highlights including: rotating and retracting cores used to form threaded bosses for sending units in fuel tanks, gas assist injection tooling, lever operated needles for longer strokes, cam driven core movements, in-mold coating and vacuum assisted molding.
By utilizing a variety of CAD/CAM systems, we are able to receive designs in any format and translate them directly into our computer system. We have the ability to receive files in formats native to many design software applications.
